Taking advantage of the closure of the 2024 fiscal year and the start of 2025, the AIHRE project, coordinated by CIDAUT, has carried out the first dissemination of project deliverables.
The 17th edition of the National Congress on the Environment (CONAMA 2024) took place from December 2 to 5, 2024, at the North Convention Center of IFEMA in Madrid. CONAMA is one of the most important biennial events for environmental sector experts, bringing together more than 6,000 professionals. This edition focused on nine thematic axes covering all areas of sustainability: Energy and Climate Change, Mobility, Urban Renovation, Rural Development, Biodiversity, Water, Environmental Quality, Waste, and Economy and Society. The AIHRE project was present through our coordinator, CIDAUT, with a poster and a presentation, through which the project’s objectives, challenges, and progress were shared with the attendees.
The AIHRE project also had a prominent participation in the 2nd National Congress on Green Hydrogen, held in Huelva from February 4 to 6, 2025. This event, considered one of the most relevant in the renewable energy sector, gathered more than 1,400 professionals and representatives from over 450 companies in its second edition, allowing AIHRE to reinforce its presence and leadership in the research and development of green hydrogen.
AIHRE’s participation in the congress was organized by the partner Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía (CTA) and included the participation of other partners such as CIDAUT and the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA). In addition to having its own booth, AIHRE partners showcased the project and the possibilities for collaboration in other official program activities. Several B2B meetings were held, which facilitated connections with companies and institutions in the sector. In the Parallel Room of the congress, José Ignacio Domínguez Carrero, the project coordinator at CIDAUT, presented the conference «AIHRE Project: First Results in Research and Its Impact.»
One of the most important achievements of these disseminations has been the increase in entities registered in the AIHRE Ecosystem, which now includes over 60 members, mainly from Spain and Portugal.
